SHIPPING
The product description will detail whether the specific item you are interested in is a instant-fulfillment, made-to-order, or in-production item.
ALL orders come with a money back guarantee depending on how long it has been since you have ordered and what type of production item you have ordered. If you do not receive your items within time outlined you are eligible for a refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Instant-fulfillment - This item is ready to ship! Orders are processed immediately and shipped within 2-4 business days. Money back guarantee if order is not received within 14 business days.
Made-to-order - This item is hand-crafted just for you! We customize each piece upon purchase, with shipping within 10-14 business days. Money back guarantee if order is not received within 28 business days. (Want to see how your item is made? Watch behind-the-scenes here).
In-production - This item is in the works! Once you place your order, we produce and ship within 3-5 weeks. Money back guarantee if order is not received within 39 business days.
"Why are the money-back guarantee times longer than the estimated shipping times?" - We add a buffer to account for unexpected delays—like courier issues, supply chain disruptions, or high-volume seasons. If your order doesn’t arrive within that extended window, you’re guaranteed a refund—no questions asked.
This way, you can shop with confidence, knowing we’ve got your back.
Once shipped, all U.S. orders will be delivered within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@whitelieclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund :)
We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
